Genuine Gemstone Malas (Prayer Beads)

The stone beads used for these malas are genuine, semi-precious gemstones. They are not dyed, irradiated or heated. Jetsunma has taught that gemstones are associated with qualities of the enlightened mind, and therefore catalyze and bring forward positive karmic potentials in our minds. All profits from the sale of these malas goes to support the KPC temple, a sacred place of refuge open 24 hours-a-day. Profits also help support and maintain KPC's many stupas in Maryland and Arizona, as well as the Garuda Aviary, a lifelong sanctuary for abused and neglected exotic birds.
